  • My doctor put a referral in for me and somehow this referral got lost on its way as the High Risk Pregnancy Center's "computers went down" I asked if they could get hold of my doctor to verify or ask him to fax my referral and was rudely informed " no, I don't do that." I have called this office twice and on both occasions received awful customer services. This is the High Risk Pregnancy Center...women who call need to be treated with some level of compassion and at the least be provided with a decent level of customer service. This is a stressful time for many women and it really doesn't sit well to have to deal with these obnoxious, rude and lazy staff members who are unfortunately our first point of contact.
