  • Came here around 6 pm on Monday night 8/28 and I asked about Oakley sun glasses if they have the same model design as mine because I needed a new pair, but a gentleman with dark short hair said no they didn't have it. Okay, I asked him if they could replace my lenses since they were some scratches on it and he examined my sunglasses then he said with his arrogant voice, " mam I'm afraid that your sunglasses is not real Oakley", I was like WHAT!!!! How dare he accused his customer like that. Never ever make your customers upset mister!!! I told him that I bought those sunglasses at one of the optics in Aspen, Colorado few years ago and I paid $$$, but he kept saying almost bullying me that my sunglasses weren't real Oakley. I left the store speechless, unbelievable!!! Thank you for your insult, I won't recommend anyone to give any business to your store, so rude. Perhaps one day, you will change your mind to be a kind person to serve customers with manner.
