rev:text	Great stay at the Park Hyatt. We arrived late after check in, and had booked a 3 night stay for a king room. When we arrived, we were told that all the king rooms were sold out for the night and we would have to be placed in a suite with 2 full beds. We were able to move the next day, and they were very helpful with the move, sending up a staff member to assist with the room change. They also gave us a free movie to watch in room after we checked in. Great addition, followed by the room service that we ordered up to our room. The first night when staying in the 2 bed suite, we were placed in a corridor that was pretty loud. The guest staying next door were always in the hallway talking with friends and we could hear the doors slamming. It was much more relaxing following the next couple of nights when we were moved to our king suite room. Although we could still hear some doors slam in the early morning, it was much quieter. The air conditioning in the room is very quiet, so if you like a loud fan/white noise, I advise to bring a fan with you to block out hallway noise and street traffic. Did notice both rooms were a tad dusty in the bathroom and bar area, but other than that, pretty spotless. I did fall sick on one of the nights staying here, and housekeeping was a blessing! Make sure you bring lots of change for tips as they basically have staff doing everything for you like bring you ice, bring your luggage to your room, and park your car. Also, free wifi!-Amazing! Great location for some high end shopping! Would recommend.
