  • My husband and I have been using them for the past three years, and we realized this year that they're doing a very sloppy job with the tax returns (No wonder we got questioned by CRA last year, but then we had audit insurance, for which, needless to say, we pay these accountants more! It's such a scam, when you think about it.) In short, I caught their mistake this year (which made a difference of almost $3,000), as a result of which they had to make an amendment, for which, believe it or not, they charged me more. I'm not going back. Avoid it at all cost.
