  • Leaving a 1 star review although I wish it could be less. Please know that if you move into this apartment complex that you most likely will have all of your packages no where to be found because of the incompetence of the staff and their failed "package concierge". One day you have an account to receive packages via their package concierge...the next day your name is no where to be found and your packages are getting sent back from where you purchased them from. And don't expect any sympathy from front office staff. They could care less and will have condescending attitude towards you the whole time. It's 2018..people order online all the time and need their packages. Please get it together!!
