  • Not your average coffee shop. Between the uniqueness of the location, to the choice of the drinks, to the friendliness and knowledge of the barista, this place exceeded all my expectations. Service: there's something to be said for being greeted at the door and provided with a menu after being asked if it was your first time there. Questions about the menu were answered well and the drinks themselves were brought to the table where we were seated. My boyfriend's tobacco smoke infused drink was served with a flair and further explanation of the process. Also, the barista's outfit was classy. I appreciated that. Drinks: I had a sparkling white tea drink. Their specialty menu has a variety of drinks that play on the idea of cocktails. Mine was delicious, bright and fruity. It was perfect. Location: This was the coolest part. It was located in this collection of boutique salons. It was a Sunday when we visited so most of the salons were closed. But it a couple of them were open and it was really cool to see the relationship between the coffee shop and the salons. Patrons from each would visit the other business. There was a total community feel. It was kind of pricey, but I'll be back if I'm looking for a treat.
