  • I would walk 100 miles before buying a car from Van. I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I parked my car, then when I asked for the salesman that I spoke to on the phone, they didn't know who he was. I had to sit down with the salesman and do a bunch of paper work before he even showed me the truck. Once I finally got to see it he asked me what it would take to get me to buy it. I never was asked to even test drive it! I sat in his office for 10 minutes while he hunted down the sales manager. Never asked if I wanted anything. I got up and walked out. He chased me down in the parking lot with an offer. $500 off and a spay in bed liner. BFD. It's what everyone's nightmare is about going to a dealer.
