  • I just went to see my boyfriend's family at the Orleans hotel and ended up playing blackjack. I had great time until the rudest dealer came out. My cards are 3 and 4 so I decided to hit when my turn came. While I was waiting for my turn, the lady sitting next to me asked me who had been sitting before her because there was a drink. And I said my boyfriend. While I was having this conversation with the lady, the dealer decided to skip me even though I did not hit or scrape the table with cards and of course I did not even put my cards down either! Now, my turn was over and she asked me why I did not hit. I answered I was having short conversation with the lady and you did not even ask me what I wanted to do. And she said "WELL, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TALK." I was very disappointed and angry about what she said to me. The dealer told me not to have conversation with anybody while I was playing. Who does that? How she responded me was inappropriate and what happened to me shouldn't be accepted in the service industry. I will never ever come back to this hotel.
