  • Argh, I wish I had to thought to look on Yelp before spending an entire day waiting for the no-show salvation army. Like most of the posters here, I got stood up. Thankfully, in my case, I'm not moving out or caught in a crunch. So let me join the chorus by saying, DO NOT use the pick-up service in Chicago. We all deserve better.
