We were referred to SolarCity by family who initially had a great experience, so we thought we would go for it. We started the process in May, they rushed the paperwork and appointment setting and now we cannot get an email or call returned. They installed the panels in August, they scheduled an inspection, we failed the 1st one, the 2nd one they didn't even show up for so the county assessor said "call when they are here" I have sent emails to customer service and our sales rep without so much as an automated response and my husband has called 1st asking then demanding that they get things corrected for a month now and still NOTHING!!! Now the family member who referred us while their system is at least operating is having problems as well - they are double-billing and causing over drafts on their account and they can't get any help from customer service either. This company put USELESS crap on my house that I can't do anything with and they are taking money from my cousin! HORRIBLE service - I would scream from my roof top if it wasn't covered in crap DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
