  • I waited nearly 2 weeks for Response Crew to come to my home to hang a large mirror. They arrived and one member talked the other two individuals out of hanging my art mirror. It was obvious they were over their heads in terms of experience hanging my art mirror. This would be understandable, however, whoever received my initial call to their company assured me that my large mirror would not pose a problem to hang. So, two weeks wasted by incompetence. Based on this experience, I would never refer them to anyone plus I discovered an expert art hanging company that charged less, was far more skilled, and fast.
