  • I sent my son to the Apple Store at the Forum Shops, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. I bought an Iphone 6S last year, and just lately it started dropping calls, wouldn't open the internet, and the battery wasn't working right. The phone blacks out alot. Their answer, was to order a battery, for me to come back in 2 weeks, and bring 29 dollars. Worst customer service I've heard about. They couldn't care less, that this phone won't work for the next two weeks. Wouldn't buy another IPhone from the Forum Shops if you paid me. Gonna buy something else, maybe American made this time. Having a slow night, read through alot of the other reviews, after posting mine. Too funny. I definitely went to the wrong place. Alot of 1 star reviews for these guys. So many, it's pretty obvious, Apple couldn't care less if you dropped dead.
