  • I recently was at Graze with a friend that is new to Madison. She's gluten free and vegetarian, and wow, did the staff pull out all the stops to help her find something that would meet both her dietary needs. They actually took the time to talk through preparations with her and offered to bring any questions to the chef if needed. That, my friends, is quality service. The bibimbap and aged cocktail I had weren't too bad either and the atmosphere was great. It's always fun to dine below those floor to ceiling windows with the capitol illuminated in the background.
