  • There is a reason why is this airline has been rated the lowest for many years now. Remember when the airlines cared about their customers? Remember we the flight attendant would coordinate the connecting flights to make sure everyone got to where they needed to go? Last night a group of us traveler spent the night in Chicago because American couldn't keep the connecting flights on the ground for another 10 minutes. Other highlights of my AA flight. Zero legroom. Maybe you guys can remove the lavatory and cram a few more rows in? I'm sure this airline wont last too much longer with the way they do business. Terrible!
