rev:text	After a half-dozen visits to this restaurants, I must sadly write this review. As vegan eaters, we tried Phat Burrito's Tofu Burrito on every visit, hoping that it would get better each time. It didn't. There are numerous reasons for our disappointment. 1) our order was prepared incorrectly on EVERY visit. Yep, every time we came here, they got the order wrong. Wrong beans, no guac, wrong cheese (they actually put dairy-based cheese on our clearly marked "VEGAN" order once), NO cheese (they couldn't find the Daiya Cheese that day), etc. 2) the person at the register just wasn't paying attention on several occasions. As soon as the receipt was printed, we discovered problems. Simply REPEATING the order back to the customer would SOLVE this problem! (This is Restaurant Management 101, guys! And it works to improve order accuracy!) 3) there never seems to be anyone in charge present. No management is ever apparent; nobody seems to be overseeing the process, ensuring that things are done correctly and that problems (which are inevitable) are resolved. 4) the tofu is literally soaked in salty brine! Way too salty!! It should be called "pickled tofu"! 5) the entire meal is way too salty! (Does anyone actually taste the food they serve??) 6) there seems to be no effort by anyone to understand your order, or why you're unhappy. They just seem unconcerned about whether your meal is satisfactory. 7) the restaurant is rarely clean. How do they pass the health inspection?? Overall, the people who work there are really nice, friendly people. I actually enjoy visiting. It's a very pleasant, fun place. But, as an establishment that serves food -- food that people consume -- its a total failure! Surely non-vegan eaters are experiencing some of the same issues here? Anyone?? This is all very sad to us, as vegans, because we are eager to find good sources of vegan friendly eats. This place should be doing a better, more consistent job. I hope they improve and I will gladly upgrade my review when that occurs. But until I hear a good report from a fellow vegan eater, we will avoid this place!
