| - Look,
I couldn't tell you what our party of 8 ordered, per the menu, but I can tell you what we ate. The wantons, the sea bass (which seems to be a perpetual special). We were directed to a tasting menu, with some dishes served ala carte to our respective setting, and some served family style. Everything was a taste amusement park, from the spicy to the sweet, every note was played out over the course of the meal. Sensational when you sit down expecting a quartet and a symphony shows up. There's no need to do a ton of research here, if you're an expert of this region of Thailand's cuisine, you'll know what to try. If you're a novice, I mean even a COMPLETE novice, have no fear the excellent staff reads the customer well. It's pretty tough to be disjointed, everything is just in a very base way, delectable.
The restaurant has updated its look smartly since I first tried it during the "I just discovered this amazing place" days.
Special.
Get a reservation well in advance, this is one of the hottest tickets in Las Vegas.
