  • Romeo continues to be an incredibly happy patient of Dr. Phil and the Companion staff. Even though my last review was also 5-stars, i'm giving an additional update to this review. Despite today being a snowy mess for half of Cleveland, Dr. Phil was still able to fit Romeo in for a same day appointment after he had a semi-emergency with his paw. I am so grateful at how accommodating their staff was to make this appointment happen. I still standby that from the moment Romeo enters and leaves, his tail is wagging. I always appreciate how Dr. Phil "talks" to my little man, and goes above and beyond the call of a typical veterinarian. He is, and continues to be on-top of several preventive health measures as Romeo gets older. Oh, and of course, I have to mention again how sweet the staff is. After Romeo nervously peed all over the floor (he's a gentle soul that sometimes get overwhelmed!), the gals cleaned it up like it was no big deal. I love and trust Companion 200%! Your pet/family member is in excellent hands.
