| - Back at the end of January 2016, I purchased pool table and two chairs from Diamondback Billiards. I was told delivery would take 4-6 weeks. About 8 weeks later, I was contacted to schedule installation of the pool table and told the chairs would require some more time to finish. After taking off work and waiting two hours, I received a call stating that they would have to cancel and reschedule. It took them two more weeks before they offered to come and install the table. At that time, I was told the chairs had been built and shipped to a different company to apply a finish to the wood. Since this time I have repeatedly tried to contact them as to a status update and have never been given an actual reason why the refinishing was talking to long. Then about a month ago, when calling them, I was told that the chairs were done and would be on the next truck to Phoenix. They then scheduled an appointment for delivery. The day before the delivery, I received another call stating that they would have to cancel again and they did not have the chairs and did not know when they would be receiving them. A week later, I received a response from yet another inquiry that they have hired a new customer service manager and that she would look into it. After being told once again, that they were working on it but did not have any additional information regarding the delivery. I have since given them another two weeks and then this week inquired as to the status of the chairs on Monday 8-8-12. It is now Friday 8-12-16 and I have not heard anything back for the last five days. I have been waiting for this order for half a year and have received abysmal customer service, zero updates, and no offers to try and rectify the issue.
