  • I'm shocked at the high ratings...maybe I wasn't an important enough customer because I didn't sign up for an expensive monthly plan. My grass was mowed down to the dirt and died last summer. They mowed over the drip heads under a tree. The drip system they installed leaks apparently, and I'll have to pay someone else to fix it. I asked that the existing drips get moved...instead they just added more drips. I will never use Complete Yard Care again- HORRIBLE, SHODDY WORK!!
