I bought my mattress and headboard from Mohr in Avondale. We made an appointment to have the furniture delivered on Saturday. The salesperson said they would call on Saturday to give us a 4 hour time frame. We did not receive a call. So we called and they said they sent us an email and called us to confirm the delivery date. That was not the case. We did not receive an email or a voice mail message. So I went (drove in my car to the showroom) to the salesperson Ron and he set the delivery date for Sunday, he said they would email us and call us for a 4 hour delivery time frame for that day. That was also not the case. So we took it upon ourselves to call, the person on the phone said they would email us or call us. I asked what is the cut off time in case we do not receive an email or a phone call? they said 2:30. So my husband called at 2:30 and was able to get a delivery time frame from 5-9pm Sunday. On Sunday at 11:15am the dispatcher called to ask if it was okay to delivery our bed earlier and they would be at our house 20-25 minutes, I said, "Sure" and confirmed the address and major cross streets. 2 hours later no show. So we called and the lady over the phone Brianna and she finally was able to contact the dispatcher who initially called that our bed would come in 25 minutes and he told her it was a mistake and they will be at our home as initially agreed upon 5pm-9pm. I asked her, "Why didn't he call us back? letting us know that our furniture won't be delivered in 25 minutes, but rather as initially set?" Because before the call I was going to take my son to the park and do other things. So we put everything on hold because the dispatcher promised delivery time within 20 minutes. She Brianna just apologized. In this day and age with the phone connected to everyone's hip how hard and decent and professional is it to make a call that a mistake was made? I've had it with Mohr and their "delivery" service team. I am telling all of my friends not to shop at Mohr. Yes, they have nice furniture, but if you plan on having professionalism in terms of delivery of your furniture DO NOT expect this.
