  • I came into this store to find a stove top for my uncle. The guy sitting first desk to the left side came up and asked me for help. My uncle was trying to explain what parts he needed to get. I tried to explain to the guy what my uncle wanted because he didn't speak proper English. Knowing that, the sales rep told me we don't sell parts. Okay understood. I ask him where we can find parts, he said you would have to ask the guys who does those service. Mmmm really? Anyways we decided to look around, thinking maybe we wanted to buy the whole thing. MY uncle fully ask him to help and he didn't even seem to want to move. We walked around looking anyways. We asked him questions and he answer rudely with ya and played with his pen. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? If we came in wanting to by something you would be on us trying to make sales. But because we came in didn't speak any English you think we don't need your help ??? Go learn some good customer service even when it doesn't make you money! It's the principle, someone who didn't know where to go or what to do, at least help !
