  • I was with cox for over 15 years and decided to go to CenturyLink prism. Sales representative came to my home and gave me a sales pitch after I said I love sports. First level would be excellent she said all sports NOT! And no guide given for channels which I was to have. Told installation guy would have one for me NOT! Called customer service and was told they would mail me one NOT! Called customer service again and spoke to a supervisor and was told to access it online! POOR customer service, I wish I never left cox!!! May go back!!!
