  • Let me explain how bad my service was with Fletcher: Customer service and attitude was overall poor, they didn't give price listed on Groupon for an oil change. I have a 3 qt Hyundai Accent, most basic oil etc. Now here's the kicker... Car began leaking more and more oil. (I thought it had to be gas due to sheer volume at that point - cars are not my strong suit) Grew to a volleyball sized leak in a couple weeks. Car begins shaking and wrenching. Took to my family member, who identified leak as oil. Fletcher Auto nearly blew up my car engine. Had to refill my oil myself for next couple weeks (leaking about a quart every few days). Saw a credible mechanic, who laughed when I told him I went to Fletcher. Apparently they have a bad reputation for creating problems. They didn't SCREW ON my oil filter! If you want to blow up your engine, you can pour sand in it free of charge, and save yourself the headache and added cost of doing it at Fletcher!
