  • I have not been to Portillos for maybe a year. Thought I would give it another chance. The beef sandwich was so uninteresting. I don't understand why their beef sandwiches have a fine reputation. Without paying for our condiments, it is just an average bun with standard beef on it. I bought extra gravy. That was a good addition. It must be other items which pull in the crowds.
