  • Our battery for our home alarm system went out on Sunday and after calling them realized that I wouldn't be able to get to their location until after their closing time. I called and asked if there was any way that they could sell me a new one over the phone and then hide it outside somewhere for me. The manager said he didn't trust that it wouldn't get stolen before I could get there to get it. The manager said that his assistant would hang out until I could get there.... my phone said it would take 18 mins.... I made it in 14. Thanks to the guys at Battery Plus , we didn't have to listen to the constant beeping until Monday morning. Awesome customer service... above and beyond! Willie Bryant
