  • Their customer service is excellent and they know what they're doing. I have taken my car to the dealer twice with an issue with my tire. Both times they argued with me and said nothing was wrong. I have had to fill this tire weekly. 1/2 hour at big o they found tbe problem and fixed it for free. I will be a customer there from now on
