Booked colourist Jerome. Hair Service is decent but was charged for a correction as the previous colour came out uneven and wasn't what was negotiated. The second colour was quickly washed off after the apprentice said "oh sh-t" and the hair dye was not cleansed off completely. It was only notified at checkout that I had to pay for the correction colour which was unreasonable and amounted to twice the price. Will have to think really hard to come back again.
Tips for people considering Prive: be as blunt as you can regarding what you want. It's perfectly fine to say "this is no where near the colour that I wanted" and "I don't want the apprentice handling my hair", it's not rude but the best for both sides, because there are times when you just want it done right with a professional as you paid for the higher price and not in the mood to be adventurous to accept less-than-stellar results.
Customers would also be more happy if the receptionist didn't tell them "can you please hold" the first thing she answers the phone. This happened to me all threes times that I've called at different times of the day and waited ~2.5 mins each. At first I thought she was answering another call, but after seeing it in action in store, there was no other call. Please give higher priority to your potential/returning customers on the line.
