  • In March we bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from CarMax. I noticed right away that there was a problem with either the gas or the transmission. I took it back to them for service and what they did was a wheel alignment.. a month later after I took it to my mechanic who wrote it up it needed a rebuild on the transmission. I noticed that there was something weird about the steering I took it to my mechanic to find out what was wrong with it. It needs new struts in the front and new shocks in the back... They only replaced one of the rear shocks when I took it back in with the fact that it was leaking. They had my car for over a month for the rebuild of the transmission alone. They told me when I bought the car that it did not need a oil change... I've only had the car for 4 months... And it already needed an oil change. This dealership is not trustworthy as far as them going through the car and making sure that it is worthy of the price they are charging. Beware of CarMax.
