  • Came to get an oil change recently here on a Saturday in which it wasn't that busy at all. I waited in the waiting room for awhile and then the customer service guy told me I was ready to be checked out. I paid my bill for the oil change and he handed me my keys and I went out to my car. I just so happened to lift my hood up to make sure the oil cap was put on properly and I found my "air filter" just sitting out on the engine and my "cabin" department wide open not even closed in the engine. If I would have drove off without checking under the hood after the oil change Ted Weins did I woulda had all kinds of dirt and debris blowing into my engine and ruining parts. The crazy thing is NOBODY even offered a free oil change on my next visit or anything in which case I will never go back to a Ted Weins place of business for anything. I put the same picture on all my social media accounts for everyone to see as well. Bad worth ethics here at Ted Weins!!! Couldn't even get a simple oil change all the way complete!!!
