  • I am a current resident and have been residing in this complex for a month and have had maintenance issues from the beginning. The apartment was dirty when the keys were given, broken patio light, closet door, water issues and even a dirty kitchen. There are pigeons and a nest on my patio with poop that has been promised to be taken care of and has yet to be resolved with only promise after promise and no resolution even after 8 maintenance requests. I regret ever renting here and the only positive is that there is ample parking in the complex. I've not been so dissatisfied with an apartment as I am now. I wouldn't recommend renting because getting the issues resolved are the absolute worst.
