  • A smaller more friendly gym..I love that they remember my name when I walk in the door (I've only been a member for 2 weeks!!). All the equipment I need and a huge selection of free weights. Nice area for classes. (I have not taken one yet so cannot comment on those.) Clean, open space and not overly busy (at the time I go anyway). I feel at "home" here and don't feel like I'm being watched and judged. (I'm a 58 year old female who's just trying to stay in as best shape as she can). I used to belong to one of the "other" bigger name gyms and never felt comfortable going so subsequently didn't go !! Oh and no contracts, no initiation and cancel any time !! What more can a girl want ??Thanks Chris
