PetSmart Hotel - Like most dog owners, we are careful is selecting a "home away from home" for our pet. Because our dog is shy and old, we need a place with a private room and an option for "group time" with other dogs. We typically day board, but have left him overnight.
Check in/ check out is efficient. The manager and staff (especially Lizzy) warmly greet our dog and quickly make him confortable. The facility is kept clean, although any bedding that you bring will need laundered. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of care.
As in any boarding arrangement, it is important to communicate clearly regarding your pet's needs. A staff member will answer a phone call to provide status during the visit.
The only downside is that the location is in a very busy shopping center and parking is tight near to the door (my dog might add that you also have to walk through the store where there is much to investigate).
Based on our experience to date, we recommend this particular PetSmart Hotel.
