  • I can't speak highly enough of Alchemy: the workshop and the talented team of stylists that work there! I've been coming here since I moved to September 2015. I tried a few other local salons, and I can honestly say that the level of customer service (and the styling ability) at Alchemy blows everyone else out of the water. I've come to Alchemy tons of times to get cuts and colors, and more often than not, I leave feeling like an absolute badass. That was certainly the case the last time I came in, just two weeks ago. I got my blonde hair touched up, then the talented Ally added in purple at the bottom. I left looking like a rockstar! (See attached photo for the gorgeous color she put together - yes, I did immediately leave and get new head shots taken by a friend). Unfortunately, even with the color safe shampoo that I purchased from Alchemy at the end of that visit (and washing my hair in cold water), the color faded away after only two washes. I reached out to Alchemy to let them know, and they were extremely apologetic and invited me back in to resolve the issue at the earliest availability they possibly could! So, even the single time that I was dissatisfied (and not even by the initial color, which was phenomenal, but just by how quickly it faded away!), Alchemy was quick to provide incredible customer service by offering a solution. I'm heading back in this week to get my color touched up, and I'm confident that my hair will look as great this time when I leave as it did the last time I got it done - and that it will stick around! Thank you, Alchemy, for such wonderful treatment of your beloved tribe. You are the very best people!
