  • Do not buy any services from home depot. When they pass it off to their contractor they give no assistance to their customer. It is impossible to get them on the phone and it is impossible to get help if the installation has issues, like my a/c install did. The one person at another store who tried to help filled a ticket which only got passed back to the contractor. I was without a/c for three months after install and none would help. If you want to buy physical things from them fine, but take your services business elsewhere.
