  • This is the most disorganized business I've ever experienced. We sent our dogs there before a move to Colorado. It was originally a late pickup, but I called to tell them it would be earlier, no notes were changed. They made our transport guy wait because they hadn't done our dogs nails, which they had known about for days! THEN, they didn't give the transport guy any of the food we had left for the trip. NO FOOD FOR A 12 HR TRIP. Plus their dishes from being fed the night before were filthy including one having dog feces all over it. I have moved out of state now but Las Vegans DONT SEND YOUR DOGS HERE
