  • I go to the downtown location and this one. At both facilities, there are always inoperable parts of the car washes. For example. Brushes don't lower to clean your windshield or side brushes don't engage on one side. This is constantly a problem. I am going to cancel if they don't start paying strict attention to maintenance.
