  • I'm a teacher and went to this Apple Store location with plans to invest in a new MacBook Pro since my current on is several years old. When I told the employee working with me that I was a teacher, he replied, "Well, we don't do teacher discounts." I proceeded to pull up the Apple website on my phone and build the exact MacBook with the same specifications, and then I pulled up the page that showed the teacher discounts for that product. The employee then replied, "Well, we don't do that here. I can't help you", and walked away. If I have to deal with an Apple Store again, it will be the one at the Scottsdale Quarter, yet right now, I'm deliberating whether or not I want to invest in an Apple product again after being treated that way.
