  • Let me start out this review by saying I've had some pretty crappy experiences with dentists before, which of course made me VERY hesitant to visit another. My very first appointment I did feel nervous and fearful of what was to come, as I hadn't been to a dentist since the last horrific appointment I had with a dentist office here in Scarborough (couple years! Yikes) So when I first met dental hygienist Ashley I was very taken aback at how kind, gentle and outgoing she was. She took the time to carefully explain everything to me. She showed me my X-ray and explained the different things she's looking for to determine what was wrong with my gums as I was having a lot of discomfort on the left side of my mouth due to, what Ashley explained, was a gum infection. I learned more about mouth health than I've ever known simply from this one visit! Ashley was very knowledgable. You know that feeling you get when you don't have to ask additional questions because everything was already addressed? Yeah, that's the feeling I got the first time I got my teeth cleaned and examined. For once I actually knew what the heck my dental hygienist/dentist were doing! I understood everything, there was no discomfort, hesitancy, or nervousness left once I was finished my appointment. It's safe to say, I will be returning. Happy, and completely comfortable. P.S They call you the day before your appointment just to confirm it and make sure your good to go!! That's fantastic service. P.S.S Ashley deserves a raise!
