  • So I had 4 brand new tires on a car and one had a small screw in the middle of tire. The tire was leaking so I drive into discount tire since they used to repair this for free. The guy looked at tire and said the hole was too big to repair and I needed a new tire. I've had this happen numerous times before and a small screw has never been an issue. However I asked do you have the same tire in stock. He said no but we can put a different tire same size. I said no I'm not going to put a different when they are all brand new. I asked if I could at least put air in my tire so I could drive to another place that at have the correct tire. He responded that the tire was too low to put air in it. Are you serious I just want to be able to leave. These people are so shady and rude. I drove 1/2 block pulled into gas station and filled my tire with air then drove 2 miles to a no name tire shop on Thomas where the guy patched the tire for $5. I recommend staying away from this discount tire at all costs because it will cost you way more than necessary. They are rude and shady.
