The technicians are good, but the business practices are sleazy. We had a repair to our spa, which was covered through Fidelity Home Warranty (another sleaze ball operation) and they changed a check valve. It didn't solve the issue, so we had the tech come back. He told us that the issue needed a different fix, which was not covered by Fidelity, so we paid them $250 directly ... and it still didn't solve the issue. So they came back on what was said to be a recall of the initial issue, changed the suction valve & that solved the problem. Then we got a separate bill again from Fidelity! 3 charges for the same issue! This company is very dishonest and I wish I had read all the negative reviews her on Yelp. Consumer beware! You have OTHER VENDORS to choose from.
