| - I came back. This time in person! (I ordered online previously) This place is amaaaaaazing. I spent a ten minutes in the store browsing after my beef was ready. They have meats in door fridges vaccum sealed: elk, wild boar, kangaroo, bison, foie gras, duck patties, sausages of all meats, etc... cheeses, terrines, spices, marinades, olives (jars), mayos w alll types of flavorings - the winner I came back for is the prime rib. Angus AND dry aged. Absolute excellence. It's the season to bbq and I needed some fatty bits that the prime rib has. Black angus fine meats market has it! It's an excellence place to indulge and reward yourself.
I asked for 1.25" thick beef and it was cut to order and packaged in a vacuum seal. Thank youuu!
