I visited this FM to compare it to the new on on Prosperity Church Rd. Customer service on the opposite end of the spectrum. At this store, no employee was actively positive in customer interaction. As a matter of fact, I couldn't even get any one in the bakery to look up and acknowledge me. Now that I think of it, no one acknowledged me. Customer service is better at the new store.
It's true, TFM "bakeries" are not really bakeries but "thaweries" and "decorators" -- the challah bread is definitely frozen and -- very insulting -- is not kosher. I don't care if it's great for non-Jewish meals, if you are Jewish and you shop here, I can guarantee that the product is not handled correctly. I attribute this directly to a lack of cultural and religious understanding--or the desire to even understand it.
