  • I'm not a person that goes to the doctors - more of a walking it off kind a girl, however I've had this persistent cough and it was getting out of hand. They open at 8am. I went there 20 minutes early so I could be be first one. Lucky I did so as I wasn't the only one that had the same idea. The staff arrived a few minutes before 8 and let us in. When I checked in, they were very sweet and professional and when I started coughing in the lobby she pleasantly offered me some bottled water (although there was a water fountain in the corner). 10 minutes later, the sweetest medical assistant Robert (sorry not sure what his title was) took my vitals and x-Rays. I'm not a shy person, But I accidentally ripped the shoulder of my paper gown and he sweetly made sure I wasn't uncomfortable (although thinking about it he could of just offered me another robe? Hmmmm ) After we finished, he admitted that the physician was not in yet but on her way. This was now 825. She showed up in a few minutes and saw me right away. Jessica Radivan PA was very professional and made sure she explained to me what she thought were my ailments and the reasons why she was giving me a prescription. She also asked me if I was ok with shots. Which should have been a hint as Robert came in later with what looked like two buck shots one of an antibiotic and another of a steroid. One for each cheek. A note about timing, after Robert finished the x-Rays with me, he took the next person in. I arrived first and she was right behind me. She was taken back at 825 and then wasn't seen until the doc was done with me at almost 9. I apologized to Robert for waiting at the door when he showed up for work and he said that at times there's up to 10 people waiting. They're opened until 9pm so it is very likely another physician shows in the early afternoon so I'm unsure when's the next best time for someone to just show up other than at 740am like I did. I've read other reviews they take appointments. I was in and out in an hour. The only downfall was that the rooms were paper thin. I could hear everything they said. I have to admit if I was the person that came in after me I would have rated this place between a 2-3 stars.
