Had the pleasure trying this through a yelpfit event, definitely enjoyed it! Katie & Tyra are wonderful instructors showing us the basics. If you had some type of aerobic training before (me with 16 years of ballet more than a decade ago) movement becomes quite natural, except NOT pointing your toes! Ugh! As a current barbell aficionado wants to definitively continue this. Didnt realize how much upper body strenght you need. Definitively helping my pullup game! Can't wait for the next class.
