  • my first call was to kelly glass for an estimate, they never called, even after a 2nd phone call to make an appointment. Davis answered on the first ring, set up a time and was very helpful. The estimator was prompt and explained the replacement process. Davis called to set up a time to install, emailed to remind me of the window appointment. On the morning of the appointment, they called to let me know they were coming.. always nice to not sit and wait. The installers are professional, clean, ( moving stuff back in place) and friendly. I do recommend this company.. got the job done in a timely fashion... Raymond and DJ are the best..
