  • Just opened this account recently and for no reason a block was put on my card even though there's over $50K in my account. I'm so piss'd especially since I've been embarrassed all over town today with my card getting declined. So I come into the branch & they say because I purchased a bed on amazon & took $400 from an ATM - perhaps it's fraud! But no one ever bothered to ask me- they just declined me instead. What a horrible business practice. Now I'm embarrassed AND furious. Definitely taking my money elsewhere & closing this account ASAP This is some team BS
