  • Sad that this gym is so dysfunctional. All they care about is money. The infrastructure itself is actually very beautiful and fun but employees don't know how to run the gym. I tried on at least 3 separate accounts to freeze my membership and even filled out the paperwork! Employees on 3 separate occasions told me I had to jump though looops and bend over backwards to do so. Come to find out they are all supposed to know how to do it. Called the owner and he had a very bad attitude about the situation which makes sense because thats the overall vibe in the gym. Bad attitudes and horrible vibe. Climbing is a community sport and I would go elsewhere. His condescending/greedy attitude was unsettling, bring your business elsewhere!
