  • This is my 2nd review and probably my 4th or so visit. I really wanted this place to work out. It's close. The prices are good... but it's not gonna happen for me. The good: Reasonably priced Better than average leg massage The bad Not everyone speaks English. If you do it's better. If not..well.. They never ask me, shorter? Round? Square? And communicating that tends to give me an exasperated look. They've cut me 3 times now. Maybe back off the cuticle cutter. I got home and a nail is jagged. And my heels are still scratchy (got callus remover). She also hit my sensitive ankle area more than once with the scrubber thingy. yeouch.. They don't remind you to tip before they run the card. So I scrounged for dollars in my purse. Gah Barely acknowledged I was leaving. Got home and there s polish on my skin/cuticle. If I had wanted that I would have done it myself. I'm terrible at painting nails. Just generally poor customer service. I'm not that picky. I don't think these things are out of the question. Especially when the other salon I attend is phenomenal comparatively. Won't be going back. Total waste of money.
