  • Unreliable. I called to set up an appointment and the person that answered stated they would call me back to set up an appointment later that week (Thursday) since he was out of town. I waited until Thursday and got no calls back. I followed up that afternoon and he stated he was just getting back and promised he would call me back when he returned to the office later that day. It has been 3 days and still no follow up phone call from the company. I waited for the call, because I have read good previous reviews, but will now need to take an unnecessary trip to the laundromat. I will now be looking for another company for service.
