  • I will say compared to the service I received the last time I wrote the review, they have definitely gotten their act together. I only come to the service department to get my oil change in other words "The Works" package. The quiklane service representatives are very attentive and quite nice now, there are a few in particular that in my last review I was talking about that were rude have now done a complete 180 and yeah it's great. You definitely feel like you're being taken care of here, will continue to come back to get my oil changed.
